Welcome to my official website

Thank you for the opportunity to represent you. As an at-large councilmember, where I serve the residents across all ten districts of the city, I work hard to advocate for innovative solutions that increase your employment opportunities, improve your quality of life, and enhance your safety and security.

Philadelphia is a vibrant and livable city with rich history, diverse neighborhoods, and a bright future. As the fifth largest city in the nation, Philadelphia offers so much to so many, but we also have areas to improve, and I’m committed to making this city a better place to live, do business and raise a family.

The past few years have presented a number of extraordinary fiscal challenges for our government. While this has unfortunately resulted in increased taxes and decreased services, I view the current situation as an opportunity to streamline city government.

That’s why I SUPPORT a commonsense approach to policymaking. I also SUPPORT sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives. And, I SUPPORT programs that help level the playing field for all our citizens. It is my hope that the initiatives I create or support will not only increase the efficiency of our government, but help to rebuild your trust in city government.

I have been working on several different initiatives to move Philadelphia forward. On this website, you can read about my work to attract and support new businesses of all sizes; collect back-taxes from entities and individuals who have not paid their fair share; and create targeted relief measures for longtime homeowners as we transition to a new real estate assessment system.

As your councilman, it’s my privilege to work on public policy to advance our city and offer top-notch constituent services.

Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you’ll check back again soon.
