Thank you for the opportunity to represent you. As an at-large city council member, I work hard to advocate for my constituents and improve Philadelphia’s quality of life with innovative programs and solutions.

Philadelphia is a lively and livable city with rich history, diverse neighborhoods, and a dynamic future. Although this city has so much to offer, we also have areas to improve, and I’m committed to making this city a better place to live, do business and raise a family.
The past few years have presented a number of fiscal challenges. While this has unfortunately resulted in increased taxes and decreased services, I view the current situation as an opportunity to reform city government and begin focusing first and foremost on our customers – city residents and businesses.

That’s why I SUPPORT dropping the DROP program. I also SUPPORT a review of the City’s workforce to begin working towards strategic staffing. And, I SUPPORT customer service training to ensure that interactions with City officials are consistently pleasant and helpful. These changes can make a difference and help to rebuild trust in City government and improve the quality of life for city residents.

I have been working on initiatives to move Philadelphia forward. You can read about my work to attract new businesses, increase city revenues, create efficiencies in our government, and promote sustainability on this website.
